My journey to working in health began 25 years ago, when I trained at the Rolf Institute in Boulder Colorado. I completed  a 2 year Diploma to become a registered Rolfing practitioner. I  worked as a Rolfing practitioner for 22 years in Melbourne and loved working with people helping them on their way back to health and embodiment . I have always had a fascination and interest in health and found working with fascia and it’s ability to free up held fascia and restore health inspiring.

20 years ago i began receiving  Craniosacral therapy sessions to support my health and wellbeing.

I found these sessions to be gentle yet profound and supported me through many times in my life.

I found it particularly helpful in treating chronic pain , headaches and it was also highly beneficial in supporting me through both of my pregnancies and the birth of my children.

The  gentle nature of  the work really appealed to me and i noticed how affective this light , respectful and present touch could be . I left each session with a sense of lightness, peace , pain free and a sense of coming home to myself again.

10 years ago , while living in Malayisa I decided to train to become a Biodynamic Craniosacral therapist .

I am passionate about the biodynamic appraoch to this work and i  love the way it acknowledges the whole person, as an emotional, physical , mental and spiritual being .

These are all interconnected and cannot be separated and i enjoy working holistically.

I believe that  health is always present within us and bcst can help you to reconnect with your health again.

I am now a teacher with Body intelliegnce trainings , who offer a 2 year Diploma course in  Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy.  This course is run worldwide and is regognised by PACT the Association of Craniosacral therapists. I teach  in Melbourne, Sydney ,Perth, Adelaide and the Sunshine Coast . bodyintelligence.com
